I declare that I have read and that I will respect the rules of the Club Transcaraibes. I also declare that the Club Transcaraibes is free from any liability concerning the insurances. I declare that my boat is fully insured against any type of damage suffered by my boat, the crew and caused to third parties, boats or persons, at sea or on land in the areas we will visit.
I declare that my boat is equipped with the safety equipment required by the authorities of the country of registration.

I accept the fact that the final program will be handed out to me at the departure briefing of the selected event in order to allow the Club Transcaraibes to make the final last minute adjustments, if necessary.

As participant, I authorize the Club Transcaraibes to publish photographs of the crew, boat and owner on any publication needed to promote the event.
